Dr. Fodor T. Gábor sikeres munkajogi előadó mind hazai, mind nemzetközi szinten, munkajogi tárgyú cikkek szerzője magyar és angol nyelven, különböző szaklapokban rendszeresen publikál.
A Munkajog Nagy Kézikönyve társszerzője, az EIRO egyik magyarországi szerzője, a jogi szakvizsga bizottság cenzora, számos munkajogi tanulmány szerzője.
Szakmai konferenciák rendszeres előadója munkajog témában.
1997-ben végzett az ELTE Jogi Karán, majd ügyvédjelölti éveit nagyrészt egy nemzetközi ügyfélkörrel rendelkező ügyvédi irodában töltötte. A jogi szakvizsga letételét követően ügyvéd, elsősorban munkajogi ügyekkel foglalkozik, több száz munkaügyi pert vitt.
Ezt követően néhány évig az államigazgatásban tevékenykedett, amelynek során jogalkotási és európai uniós munkajogi gyakorlatra tett szert. 2005-től újra ügyvéd, alapvetően munkajogi praxissal.
Dr. Fodor T. Gábor tárgyalóképes angol és német nyelvtudással rendelkezik, emellett jól beszél svédül.
